    Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

    Yes — a 50% deposit is taken at booking to secure your slot. This applies to all clients and all services.

    Are deposits refundable?

    Deposits are non-refundable. They do, however, transfer to a rescheduled appointment as long as you reschedule with at least 2 hours' notice before your original time.

    How do I reschedule my appointment?

    Reschedule via the link in your booking confirmation email, or call your local shop directly: Greenwood (08) 9454 3783 or Currambine (08) 9233 7859. Give at least 2 hours' notice and your deposit moves to the new booking.

    What happens if I don't show up?

    If you fail to provide sufficient notice or don't attend your appointment, the full appointment fee is charged in addition to losing the deposit. Please reschedule rather than skip — we can almost always find another slot.

    What if I'm running late?

    Call ahead. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service to fit the day's schedule, or reschedule. We hold slots tightly to keep things fair for every client.
