Barber in Greenwood

The Greenwood shop is the original. We opened on Cockman Road because Perth's northern suburbs needed a proper barber shop — not a salon doing men's haircuts on the side, not a chain pushing turnover over technique. The strip is quiet by design: a handful of independent shops, easy parking on the road out front, no fight for a chair on a walk-in Saturday.

Inside, it's exactly what a barber shop should be — leather chairs, mirrors framed in dark timber, the soft hum of clippers and the smell of pre-shave oil. No music too loud. No upsell. You sit, you talk, you leave looking better than when you came in. Three to four chairs running at once, the same barbers most weeks, and most regulars on a 3- or 4-week schedule who book their next appointment before they walk out.

Greenwood sits at the meeting point of several established northern suburbs, which means our catchment is wider than the postcode. Warwick is 5 minutes south on Wanneroo Road — most Warwick regulars walk in after grabbing groceries at Warwick Grove. Kingsley clients come down from Whitfords Avenue via Hepburn; Woodvale further north makes the drive across Whitfords. Duncraig to the west is a 7-minute trip through Greenwood's residential streets, and Balga sits east — clients usually combine the visit with a stop at Mirrabooka Square.

We also see regulars from Madeley and Landsdale to the north-east via Hepburn Avenue, and from Marangaroovia Marangaroo Drive. Most of our Greenwood clients drive in 5–10 minutes from these neighbours; a few make the longer trip from Padbury, Wanneroo, or Hocking and time it around their week. If you're north of the river and want a guarded fade or skin fade done properly, you're in the catchment.
